SMS (/dashboard/organization/sms) is for text messaging where your organization has enabled it and complies with applicable rules (consent, opt-out, healthcare messaging regulations in your region).
- Use templates and workflows your admin configured.
- Always follow your clinic’s policies for patient communication.
SMS must be used in line with local law and carrier/policy requirements. Your organization is responsible for consent and content.
Reports
Reports (/dashboard/organization/reports) surfaces operational and clinical-style summaries your plan exposes—use them for day-to-day review, handoffs, or audits as appropriate.
