Calendar

Calendar (/dashboard/organization/calendar) is the hub for:

  • Viewing availability and booked slots.
  • Creating or adjusting appointments (according to your permissions).
  • Working with schedule views where your clinic uses per-provider scheduling (/dashboard/organization/calendar/schedule).

Configure appointment types, durations, and buffers in line with how your clinic operates—exact options appear in your organization’s settings screens.

Waitlist

Waitlist (/dashboard/organization/waitlist) helps you fill cancellations or no-shows by offering slots to patients who asked to be notified.

Queue

Queue (/dashboard/organization/queue) supports check-in and visit status so reception and clinical staff see who is waiting and in what state.

Tip

Use Queue together with Calendar on busy days so arrivals match the schedule and providers see up-to-date status.

  • Patient context: open a patient from the schedule or queue when you need demographics or clinical history.
  • After the visit: continue in Encounters for documentation—see Clinical.
