Claims
Claims (/dashboard/organization/claims) is where your organization manages claim-related records and workflows the product supports. Labels, statuses, and required fields follow your setup—use this area in coordination with your billing or admin lead.
Inventory
Inventory (/dashboard/organization/inventory) tracks items and stock, often by location if your clinic operates multiple sites. Use it to align what you dispense or sell with what is on hand.
Plans and features
Some capabilities depend on your subscription and module permissions. If a menu item is missing, ask an owner or admin to review Organization settings and member access.
Subscription (org billing)
Your clinic’s subscription and payment method for Desk Clinic itself are under Settings → Billing (/dashboard/organization/settings?tab=subscription)—separate from patient invoices or claims inside the app.
