Encounters
Encounters (/dashboard/organization/encounters) is where visit-level work lives: opening a patient’s encounter, documenting the visit, and moving through your clinic’s configured steps.
- List and filter encounters for your organization.
- Open a specific encounter to view or edit details your permissions allow.
Use encounters together with Patients and Calendar so each visit ties back to the right person and appointment.
Prescriptions
Prescriptions (/dashboard/organization/prescriptions) supports prescribing and dispensing style workflows your organization enables. Exact fields and rules follow your clinic’s configuration and compliance practices.
