Leads
Leads (/dashboard/organization/leads) is for prospective patients or opportunities before they are fully in your patient flow. Typical uses:
- Recording inquiries from phone, web, or walk-ins.
- Tracking status as your team qualifies and converts leads.
Exact statuses and fields match how your admin configured the clinic.
Referrals
Referrals (/dashboard/organization/referrals) helps you track inbound or outbound referral information so clinical and admin staff share a single record.
Module access
If you do not see Leads or Referrals, your account may not have those modules enabled—ask an organization owner or admin. See Roles & permissions.
